This has been true for thousands of years, so too is it for another two thousand. The Earth Year 4000 is now only three years away, but the Earth no longer exists in 3997. Man has conquered space and moved outward, fleshing out the universe with new life.....and he's taken all his problems with him. Greed. Hubris. Power. Oppression. Poverty.

Luckily, a few have taken Humanity with them as well.
